Crickett Strock - Town Clerk

The Town Clerk schedules official Town Council meetings, acts as the secretary for those proceedings, and maintains a record of all actions taken as well as the official files for the Town of Loomis. The Clerk also serves as the elections officer for the Town of Loomis and coordinates local filings, and acts as the prime reference for any Town election issues. In the role of elections officer, the Clerk maintains records of campaign finance statements and accepts petitions for inclusion on the ballot for Town offices.

The clerk's department serves as support for personnel and code enforcement, receiving claims and confidential records. The clerk's department also assists with coordinating special events such as the Eggplant Festival, the Del Oro Band Spectacular, and other events that occur.
